Fighting the housing affordability crisis requires dedication, focus, and new ways of thinking. That is why we built our whole business model around it.

We are a blue collar worker cooperative, owned and operated collectively by our worker members. Our mission is to serve our members and ensure the continued stability of the factory. We won't upsell you on anything with our builds. In fact, we will always recommend our standard, value-engineered models. We believe that one of the primary reasons for the disappearance in home affordability is a lack of price transparency.
Everyone deserves a quality, healthy place to call home that remains affordable to live in and maintain. The efficient design and high precision of our factory built homes ensures quality above and beyond the lifespan of a site built home.

Prior to joining Red Feather Industries, I sold approx. $150M of senior living housing in Colorado and Texas. Additional experience includes regional sales and relationship management responsibility for 550 storefronts across 12 states for a Fortune 500 company. As General Manager at Red Feather Industries, I am a proactive, results-driven leader. My background in manufacturing management is rooted in engineering, project management, quality assurance, and effective communication. I have a proven track record of exceeding performance goals while maintaining exemplary safety standards, reducing waste through lean manufacturing, and fostering a positive culture within diverse workforces. My experience includes leading heavy industry departments to record profitability and production levels while remaining lost-time accident-free for multiple years. Additionally, I have managed teams that have achieved best-supplier status across various product lines. I believe in developing people and processes simultaneously. By creating an atmosphere of trust and values that encourages open discussion, we can address root problems as a resilient team. I am committed to leveraging my expertise to create innovative, sustainable, and affordable housing solutions, ensuring everyone has access to high-quality homes through efficient modular manufacturing.

As the Director of Engineering for Red Feather Industries, I specialize in bridging the gap between complex technical specifications and efficient manufacturing reality. My background is in mechanical and manufacturing engineering, with experience in prototyping and production floor environments. Working in the automotive industry in Detroit, I was in charge of full lifecycle product development for components in "all-new" vehicle platforms. I have 5 years of experience in modular home manufacturing, with a proven track record of improving design and procurement efficiency and reducing project delays through meticulous technical communication with vendors and production teams. As a blue-collar engineer, I pride myself on being a hands-on fixer who works on the production floor, where I can verify a design or troubleshoot a failure mode in real-time.

Joining Red Feather Industries LCA as Director of Operations, I'm thrilled to bring my passion for construction, proven record in factory-built residential structures, and 14 years of management experience to the production floor. I have 11 years of experience in single-family and multi-family construction and remodels. I owned and operated a residential remodeling business, primarily serving the Southern Colorado region, completing countless remodels, additions and new builds over the years. I have six years of experience in modular manufacturing and affordable housing. During this time, I managed a production staff of 100+ and produced over 300 modules that made up eight multi-family multi-story projects and dozens of single-family homes. My love of building led to proficiency in project management, design, regulatory compliance, quality assurance, contracting, client relations, safety, lean manufacturing, and driving production with both large and small teams.
